Create a Signature in Microsoft Outlook

Step 1: Click Tools - Options.

Step 2: Click on the Mail Format tab, then click the Signatures button.

Step 3: Click New to create a new signature and give it a name. You can create multiple signatures.

Step 4: Enter your signature information in the Edit Signature box. To link to a graphic, click
the hyperlink button and enter the hyperlink to the desired graphic. When done, click Ok to save.
